About MedAr

The Courts in India have become burdensome due to pending litigation between Parties. With the growing number of transactions, globalization, and more access to work, the disputes between people are rising manifolds. This situation is one of the many reasons for the growing number of people choosing Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation, Lok Adalat as dispute resolution processes.

The founders of MedAr work primarily with the vision of resolving disputes rather than struggling to fight cases in the Courts, which not only affects the parties in dispute financially but also drains the parties mentally. Not to forget, due to the outbreak COVID-19 Pandemic, times have been gruesome and more cases are pending before Ld. Courts in our country which in turn are frustrating the parties in dispute. Looking at the grim situation, the founders of MedAr, came up with the idea of setting up a private center for alternate dispute resolution in consonance with the law of the land, where parties in dispute can connect, through MedAr, to luminaries in the field of dispute resolution who would be independent persons, resolving disputes of parties effectively with their knowledge of law and years of experience.
